What is coaching?

Coaching is a process of training and learning, which is focused in action and application. It is based on the continuous professional relationship with the coach, which will help you to obtain results in your life, profession, company or business. Through this process, you can deepen your own knowledge, increase performance and improve the quality of your life. 

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on your current situation and how to move forward from it. We do not touch on the past or anything other than yourself and the results that you desire. 

Is it confidential?

Yes. Coaching sessions are 100% confidential between the client and coach. We will provide confidentiality agreement.  The only exception is that we are required to notify authorities in the event a client discloses harm or intent of harm to self or others.


will my insurance cover coaching?

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover coaching sessions.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Through a complimentary discovery session we will discuss and figure out if coaching is right for you and if you'd like to work with one of our coaches.
